BUMPERSHELLZ CONSTRUCTION

BumperShellz get their outstanding durability right from the first step. The highest quality paint film is laminated directly on to high impact ABS sheet, followed by a scratch resistant, UV barrier clear coat film. This process is much safer for the environment and health of our employees, because there is no need for exposure to paint chemicals. Paint film laminated parts look just as beautiful as painted parts, yet are much more durable and likely to look new longer.

The thick (0.080"-0.120") high impact ABS sheets are vacuum formed using tooling developed to closely match the OEM bumper surface, for a great fit.

The shellz are trimmed from the formed sheet, leaving flanges at the perimeter that tuck under the existing bumper trim pieces on your truck.

Clean bumper surface

Lift/loosen the existing plastic trim and, if necessary, remove any restricting fasteners

Tuck flanges of BumperShellz under existing plastic trim, lift trim edge with pry tool as you go

Make sure BumperShellz is correctly positioned over the bumper

Pop back on the plastic trim, and replace any removed push pin retainers/fasteners

Step back and admire how cool your truck looks after only about 15 minutes of effort!
