1. What if I have installation problems?
BumperShellz for most model trucks are extremely easy to install. However, be sure to follow the installation instructions at all times to avoid problems. 2. What stores near me carry the BUMPERSHELLZ?
BUMPERSHELLZ are currently available at Cabelas, many M.A.R.S. repair shops, and directly through our Internet site. Check back to see as more localized dealers are added to our distribution network.
3. How do I exchange or return an item?
Please contact customer support at 1.866.300.9606 to get a return merchandise authorization (RMA).
4. How are BUMPERSHELLZ different from the other options?
The other options to customize the look of your truck's bumper include: Vinyl bumper wraps, paint (hand or paint shop), full PU or fiberglass fascias, and after-market bumpers. Vinyl wraps are susceptable to damage, do not cover existing damage to the bumper, nor provide much added protection. Painting chrome bumpers typically requires removal (significant effort), is fairly easily scratched off, does not offer additional protection to impact, nor cover existing damage. It is also practically irreversable. Full fascias are typically expensive, require painting, and are difficult to attach. Aftermarket bumpers may provide additional functionality and a "tough" look, but are also very heavy (affect vehicle handling and fuel economy) and can be very expensive and time consuming to install. Plus, you may also be discarding a perfectly good original equipment bumper. On the other hand, BUMPERSHELLZ cover dings, dents, and rust for bumpers with some miles on them and protect showroom new bumpers from future dings and abrasions. The optional BRIGHTSHELLZ also give your truck a look that you can't get with any other options.

No, BUMPERSHELLZ easily attach to your truck with high strength acrylic foam tape
6. Is installation of the BUMPERSHELLZ easy?
Yes. Your BumperShellz are easily installed by tucking the perimeter flanges under the existing step pad/trim and are futher secured by high strength acrylic foam tape. BumperShellz may also be removed with a little effort to disengage the foam tape. This means you can either return to your original bumper look or even try another BumperShellz style.
